A pre-approval email will be sent out on or before Mon, Aug. 24th If you know you are in one of the above levels and do not receive a pre-approval email by Monday evening, please Email office@paaerials.ca before 11:00am on Aug. 25th

Birthday Party Package includes:
1 hour of free time in the main gym area which includes all our foam pits.
1 hour in the birthday party area for cake and presents
(must supply all your own supplies - food, drinks, cutlery, cake, decorations, tablecloths, etc).
20 participants (Including the birthday child and any adults/parents on the gym floor)
Cost: $225.00
Parents can opt to view from viewing areas!
DUE TO THE POPULARITY PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMED BOOKING
NOTE:
Birthday Party Rentals are offered on Saturday afternoons (during the regular season and based on gym and coach availability - bookings are not available on holidays/long weekends)
A COMPLETE list of first & last names, age & gender must be supplied the day of the party!
BIRTHDAY PARTY REFUND POLICY
Birthday party fees are due upon booking the party in order to reserve your spot. Refunds are available (minus a $30 cancellation fee) until 7 days prior to the party only. After this point in time, no refunds will be issued. There may also be a $30.00 fee to switch dates.
BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES
- PAYMENT is required in full upon confirmation of the booking.
- One parent must be at the gym during the party.
- Parents that go out on the gym floor are considered a participant. There is a viewing area to watch from.
- The gym reserves the right to have other groups or programs running at the same time.
- A coach will be assigned to guide you during the gym time
- A parent/guardian is required on the floor for children 3 and under.
- On the day of the party you must supply a complete list of names (FIRST & LAST, gender & age) of all participants.
- Recommend on the invitations for participants to wear comfortable clothing suitable for gymnastics & to leave all valuables at home.
- The P.A. Gymnastics Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
PARTY ROOM POLICIES
- You must supply all your own supplies - food, drinks, cutlery, cake, decorations, tablecloths, etc. Any balloons MUST be discarded or removed from the gym at the end of the party.
- The party room area can be used only for the allotted time it was booked for. (Time booked INCLUDES clean up). (Ask the coach for any available cleaning supplies).
- Put all trash in the garbage cans provided. Last party of the day must exit the building within 15-minutes of the booked end time.
