Registration closes at 5pm on the Thursday prior to each camp week
NOTE: Payment is due upon registration as soon as you have been invoiced - Spots cannot be held without payment!
To get the early bird pricing you must be registered and paid before Jun. 18, 2026
To get the discount for registering for 3 weeks or more/child you must be registered and paid before Jul. 1, 2026

HOW TO REGISTER
Registration Information
NEW TO THE PA GYMNASTICS CLUB - If you were NOT registered in the club previously, click on the “Register” button on the right under “New to PA Gymnastics Club” complete all the information required, and accept all sections of the online student waiver. Then you can enroll in a class by clicking on the “2026 REC S-4” tab.
ALREADY REGISTERED WITH THE PA GYMNASTICS CLUB - If you have previously registered in any of our programs online, enter your email address and password. Please do NOT start a new account (if you forgot your password – no problem, just click on the “forgot your password?” & you will receive an email to reset it) If you forgot or need to change your login email, please contact the gym office at office@paaerials.ca
***Review your registration information to ensure ALL the info is current. Please make sure you have an “emergency contact” other than a parent. Everyone will need to accept the student waiver. Enroll in the “2026 REC S-4” tab.
***For those in Can Gym Jr/Sr 2 or 3 level working on Tan badge or higher go to enroll in “My pre-approved classes” If you were in Session 3 you should receive and email by Feb. 13, if you were not in Session 3 and know you are in a level of tan or higher, please email office@paaerials.ca to get pre-approved.
You do NOT NEED A PRE-Approval for Tumble-Bug, Tumble-Bear, Super-Bear, Can Gym J1, Can Gym Sr 1, Trampoline 1-2, or Adult classes
Enroll in the class you are interested in. Classes are ONCE A WEEK, so enroll in the day and time that you would like to register If the class is full, you are welcome to put your name on the waitlist for that & one other class by clicking on the red text, if you do put your name on the waitlist and a spot comes open you will get an email that you will need to respond to within 12-hours or we will move onto the next wait listed person. If you put your name on the waitlist and no longer need to be there is the option to remove it, please do so. ***Please enroll only for the one class that you want (once you click on a green area YOU ARE REGISTERED and fees apply, you cannot un-register later online) – if you want to come twice a week then register for the 2nd class that you want so that the fees can be calculated to reflect the extra time.
You should receive an email confirming your registration after you have clicked on “check out” – your balance will show $0.00 for the time being. *Payments Are Not Available to be Accepted Online. A separate email or invoice will be sent to you with the amount owing for your registration. Fees are due upon receipt of your invoice to secure the spot. (Please be patient, invoices will get sent out as soon as possible). Please make sure office@paaerials.ca is added to your trusted emails/contact list
