Through this program, we learn about the trampoline skills, tumbling skills and double mini trampoline skills of gymnastics and much more!
TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING LEVELS & CLASSES:

- TTG BRONZE LVL 3/4/5 - More challenging skills
Must have passed LVL 2 to progress into BRONZE LVL 3/4/5
Please note: Competitive trampolines are very different from home trampolines, therefore our program begins with the basics and foundations of trampoline skills, as well as the foundations of tumbling. to ensure safety and proper execution of skills. Inverted skills such as flips are not taught in the intro classes, although the coaches may evaluate and work to a athlete's ability and skill levels through-out the session, as long as fundamentals are shown to be mastered.
